Terms of service.
The terms for using Altrix.one.
1. About these terms
These terms ("Terms") are an agreement between Altrix.one (legal entity: [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]), [ADDRESS], India, GSTIN [GSTIN], which runs the Altrix.one brand ("we", "us"), and the business that signs up for Altrix.one ("Customer", "you"). By creating an account or using Altrix.one, you accept these Terms on behalf of your business.
If we sign a separate order form or agreement with you, that document applies where it differs from these Terms. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal data. These documents also form part of these Terms: the Data Processing Agreement, the Acceptable use policy and the Refund and cancellation policy.
2. The service
Altrix.one is a web and Android app for sales, WhatsApp messaging, calls, quotes and payments, team management, HR and reports (the "Service"). Modules can be switched on or off.
Features marked BETA are early versions. They are provided as they are, and they may change or be removed.
3. Accounts and users
- The Service is for business use only. The person who signs up must have authority to accept these Terms for the business.
- The minimum is 5 users per company. All users must be 18 or older.
- You are responsible for your users and what they do in the Service, for giving and removing their access, and for keeping their sign-in devices and mobile numbers secure.
- Tell us straight away at corp@altrix.one if you think someone has used your account without permission.
4. Free trial
New customers can use a 7-day free trial when self sign-up opens. Early access starts on 1 November 2026 for demos and pilot companies onboarded by our team. At the end of the trial, you need to choose a paid plan to keep using the Service. We may limit features or usage during a trial.
5. Fees and payment
- Fees are charged per user per month, at the price for your plan and region on our pricing page or in your order form.
- Prices for India are in Indian rupees, plus GST. Other regions are priced in US dollars.
- Setup and training is a one-time fee, quoted before work starts.
- Usage, such as WhatsApp (Meta) messages, AI, SMS, call minutes and extra storage, is paid from a prepaid credits wallet at the credit rates shown in the app, plus GST. We pay Meta and the other providers for you. You can switch on auto top-up. At zero balance, paid outgoing messages pause, but incoming messages always arrive.
- Fees are billed monthly in advance. If a payment is late, we may suspend the Service after giving you notice.
- Refunds follow our Refund and cancellation policy.
- We may change our prices by giving you at least 30 days' notice. Introductory prices may change.
6. Custom builds
- A custom build is a feature we build separately for your company's own requirements, on our technology. Each custom build is quoted per requirement, in a separate quote.
- We build it for your company only, test it with you, and put it live without affecting other customers.
- An optional monthly care plan is available to look after a custom build once it is live.
- Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we keep ownership of the code and technology in a custom build, and you may use it as part of the Service while your subscription is active.
7. Your data
- You own the data your business puts into the Service or receives through it ("Customer Data"). Chats and clients stay with your company when staff leave.
- You allow us to host, process and display Customer Data only to provide and support the Service, as described in our Privacy policy and our Data Processing Agreement, and on your instructions.
- You are responsible for having a lawful basis, and for giving any notices and getting any consents needed, for the personal data of your customers and staff. This includes call recordings and location-based attendance, where you switch them on.
- You can ask us for an export of your Customer Data before your account closes and for 30 days afterwards. After that, we delete it as described in our Privacy policy.
8. WhatsApp, Meta and other services
- The Service works with third-party services, such as Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, Facebook and Instagram, Google, and payment gateways. You must follow their terms and policies, including WhatsApp's business messaging and commerce policies.
- You may message only people who contacted you first or who opted in to hear from you.
- Third parties may change, limit or stop their services, or change their charges. We are not responsible for their acts, outages or charges.
9. Acceptable use
Our Acceptable use policy applies in full, including Meta's messaging rules. In short, you must not, and must not let anyone else:
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
- use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or infringing;
- try to break or test the Service's security, or overload or disrupt it;
- copy, scrape, reverse engineer or resell the Service, unless you are an approved partner;
- upload malware; or
- use the Service to build a competing product.
10. AI features
AI features use AI models and can make mistakes. Check important information, and review important messages before you rely on or send them. You are responsible for how your business uses AI output.
11. Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors, unless we agree a service level with you in writing. Support is available by WhatsApp and email. Enterprise customers get priority support.
12. Our intellectual property
We own the Altrix.one software, brand and designs. While your subscription is active, you have a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service for your business. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely.
13. Confidentiality
Each of us will keep the other's confidential information private and use it only for the purposes of this agreement, except where the law requires disclosure.
14. Cancellation and suspension
- Subscriptions run month to month. You can cancel at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
- We may suspend or end your access if you do not pay, if you break these Terms, if your use puts the Service or others at risk, or if the law requires it. Where we can, we will give you notice first.
- When your account closes, access ends. The export and deletion terms in section 7 apply.
15. Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
17. Indemnity
You will protect us against claims that arise from your Customer Data, from the messages your business sends, or from your breach of these Terms, the law or third-party policies.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. We will tell you about significant changes by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the new Terms.
