Is there a minimum number of users?

Yes. The minimum is 5 users per company. You pay monthly for each staff member who uses Altrix.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, a 7-day free trial when full self sign-up opens. Early access starts on 1 Nov 2026 for demos and pilot companies, so book a free demo now.

Which price applies to me?

Pick your region above: India (in rupees, plus GST), Gulf, Asia and Africa (US dollars), or Europe and the USA (US dollars).

How do WhatsApp and AI charges work?

They come from a prepaid credits wallet, on top of the per-user price: each message, AI action, SMS or call minute has a set credit price, plus GST. We pay Meta for you, auto top-up is optional, and incoming messages always arrive. Unused top-ups are covered by our refund policy.

Can you build a feature just for us?

Yes. A custom build is quoted per requirement, with an optional monthly care plan. It is built for your company only and does not affect other customers.

What is in Enterprise?

Enterprise is for companies with 50+ members, priced custom. It includes the Centralized Call Centre, your own brand and app, a custom industry pack and priority support.
